Gamety is an innovative gaming platform based on blockchain technology that combines hyper casual gaming with the ability to earn cryptocurrency. Players earn GTY tokens by participating in mini-games, upgrading their profile, completing tasks, using the referral system, staking their assets, and participating in lotteries.

The key feature of the Gamety platform is its stable economic model: players watch ads, make purchases in Telegram Stars, TON, GTY, which generates revenue for the platform. This income is then used to ensure the liquidity of the GTY token. As a result, Gamety maintains a self-sustaining financial cycle that minimizes the risk of fraud and guarantees benefits to both the platform and its users.

The purpose of the project

The goal of the Gamety project is to create a sustainable gaming ecosystem in which players from the Free-to-Play community can earn the GTY token through active participation in games, tasks, and profile development. At the same time, the internal economy of the platform is designed to encourage the reinvestment of tokens in the gameplay: part of the GTY is returned back to the system or burned, which helps maintain the balance and value of the token in the long term.

The project aims to combine entertainment and earnings without harming the economy, making Free-to-Earn not only attractive, but also a viable model.

What challenges we faced

During the development of the project, we faced challenges related to different areas:

The history of the creation of the project concept. 6 steps from the first thought to the final decision

The development of the Gamety concept began a month before the release of the first Gamety Clicker game, which was originally conceived as a tool for distributing tokens through Airdrop. At that time, the main idea was to create a continuation of the Metafighter project, but adapted to the Telegram format.

1. Fighty

The first element of the future project was a pixel art game with Metafighter characters, with simplified combat mechanics. We considered different genre variants, including beat'em up, and came up with the idea to release several versions of the game with gradual improvements:

  • Hyper casual beat'em up, where the player taps on the left or right side of the screen to hit enemies
  • A version with weapons, the possibility of upgrades and movement in eight directions
  • Adding destructible objects and cooperative mode with friends
  • Multiplayer with NFT characters from Metafighter and entry with vouchers for MF tokens

Initially, we aimed to strengthen the Metafighter economy and provide players with the opportunity to earn MF tokens through the Telegram platform. However, as we studied the audience of Telegram's mini-applications, it became obvious that users prefer simple, "sticky" concepts with the ability to make quick money.

Realizing this, we decided to abandon our attachment to Metafighter and begin developing a full-fledged platform with our own economy and token. This is how the first steps towards the Gamety project were done.

2. Fighty game as a solid platform

In the first concepts of the platform, the original idea of Fighty game remained, while we wanted to make it the basis of a project in which everything revolves around lives, time, completing levels in the game, watching ads, earning tokens and increasing rewards due to the decision of players to bet on their victory in the game. But we were faced with the fact that such a project had great risks, as it imposed restrictions on the target audience and did not have enough levers to control the project's economy.

3. A platform with the flagship Fighty game

After that, we came to the conclusion that the project should have a set of different tools that would allow the player to earn money while constantly being on the platform and having fun.

Therefore, we postponed this idea and decided that the project will be a gaming platform with a lot of simple casual games, and Fighty will become the flagship game on the platform, in which players will be able to get more gaming experience and profit.

Within the framework of the platform, we sought to implement a balanced model in which both players, investors, and the system itself could earn money without creating a financial pyramid.

Therefore, we are faced with the following key tasks:

  1. Creating your own token (initially $FIGHTY, later $GTY) with stable tokenomics
  2. The introduction of earnings mechanics without mandatory investments
  3. Lower marketing costs due to player engagement
  4. Introduction of a system of competitions and companies with cash prizes
  5. Implementation of an automated economy with the tools of token burning and replenishment of the reward pool

After we saw what tasks needed to be solved within the framework of the project, we began to look for tools to solve them.

$GTY Token

Initially, the platform's token was called $FIGHTY, reflecting the connection with the flagship game. Its launch was necessary to create a closed and managed project economy that prevents hyperinflation or loss of interest from users. Subsequently, with the development of the general concept, the name was changed to $GTY, an abbreviation for Gamety, emphasizing the token's belonging to the entire platform, and not just one game.

Since the Gamety platform was conceived as a gaming ecosystem, token mining would logically be carried out through gameplay. Games have become the main way to generate $GTY as part of user activity.

Tool

Realizing that we are targeting a Free-to-Play audience, we have chosen the most familiar and popular way as the main monetization tool — viewing ads. This approach would allow the platform to generate stable income, which would be used not only to support the infrastructure itself, but also to burn part of the tokens, thereby maintaining their liquidity and value in the market.

Thus, advertising has become a link between user activity and the economic sustainability of the project.

Motivation

To increase player engagement and retention, we have provided a wide range of motivation mechanics, including:

  • The opportunity to earn more under certain conditions
  • Variable tasks with rewards
  • Elements of random winning (lotteries, mini-games)
  • Tournaments and PvP competitions
  • The ability to deposit funds at a percentage and receive passive income

All these elements were aimed at lengthening the gaming session, increasing interest in the platform and encouraging users to spread information about the project on their own, thereby reducing marketing costs.

Campaigns for Partners

Even at an early stage of development, we began to form an affiliate network. After the launch of Fighty Clicker, it became obvious that we needed a separate tool that would allow partners not only to attract players, but also to earn with the platform.

In this way, a system of in—game companies was created, within which partners could:

  • organize money events for players
  • promote their own products and brands
  • form an active community within Gamety

This functionality has expanded the possibilities for both project owners (our partners) and players, opening up additional ways for interaction and monetization.

Economics

The foundation of the entire platform is a stable and balanced economy. We paid special attention to its design, including:

  • Flexible scaling system when adding new features
  • Transparent distribution of tokens among all participants
  • Maintaining a balance of interests between players, investors and the platform itself
  • Built-in automatic adjustment tools (for example, token burning, regulation of the forward pool)

It was the realization of all these tasks and ways to solve them that gave rise to the second version of the concept — no longer just a game, but a multifunctional Gamety platform.

Sidenote

At the same time as we decided on the name of the token ($GTY), the development of Fighty Clicker began, later renamed Gamety Clicker. This tool was designed to pre-farm tokens, which we planned to use in an Airdrop campaign to attract first-time users and stimulate interest in the project.

At the same time, as part of Fighty Clicker, we have developed a voucher system designed to enter the flagship game with increased reward coefficients. Later, this idea was transformed into the mechanics of lottery tickets, which were used to participate in sweepstakes and special gaming events.

4. The second concept of the Fighty/Gamety platform

At the stage of revising the concept, it became obvious that the platform should offer users not one, but many hyper casual games available within a single ecosystem. The key idea that formed the basis of the final product was as follows:

  • Participate in simple and exciting hyper casual games
  • Regular viewing of ads as a way of monetization
  • Token mining through gaming activity with the possibility of withdrawing it for a small commission

Sidenote:

Since the initially conceived flagship game began to be perceived more as the "icing on the cake" against the background of the growing number of mini-games, a strategic decision was made to change the emphasis. We renamed the project Gamety so that the name clearly reflects its essence — a gaming platform, and not a separate game in the genre of fighting. Accordingly, the pre—audience engagement tool, Fighty Clicker, was renamed Gamety Clicker.

In addition, the second key mechanic was introduced, which had a significant impact on the project's economy — leveling up the token storage in the user's profile. This system became an important element of tokenomics regulation: players could increase the limit of tokens available for storage and withdrawal, thereby increasing engagement and creating additional motivation to upgrade their account.

However, as testing progressed, it became clear that the storage system alone was not enough. We tried to make personalization more flexible and interesting. This prompted us to move on — to develop a more comprehensive profile improvement system, which eventually became the basis for the final concept of the Gamety platform.

5. The final version of the concept

In the final version of the concept, we retained the basic mechanics of token mining through participation in games, but significantly expanded the capabilities of the user profile. Instead of a simple storage system, a system of perks has been introduced — improvements that the player can activate and develop.

Each perk has a direct impact on the game parameters: it allows you to earn more, reduce costs or open up additional opportunities on the platform. This approach has created the prerequisites for deep personalization, where each player can have a unique combination of improvements. This significantly increases engagement, stimulates strategic thinking, and makes profile building an important part of the gameplay.

6. Expansion of the final concept

After approving the final concept, we began to gradually expand the functionality of the platform, introducing previously planned modules aimed at increasing the motivation of both players and partners. The extended functionality includes:

Staking — a tool for long-term token retention

Daily and weekly challenges are tasks that stimulate regular activity.

Referral system — mechanics for organically attracting a new audience

The company system is a space for holding partner events and promotions

Lotteries are an element of gamification with the opportunity to win valuable prizes

Game Resource Store — for purchasing key items such as energy and lottery tickets

Each of these elements was developed sequentially, based on the current needs of the project, and carefully integrated into the overall economic model of the platform. This approach allowed us to maintain the balance of the system and ensure the stability of the entire gaming ecosystem.

The economics of the gaming platform

As part of the development of the platform, we have created a flexible and manageable economic model based on the key principles of transparency, balance and sustainability. Based on the basic concept, an economic system was developed that allowed us to accurately calculate and control all numerical indicators within the project ecosystem.

In particular, the following parameters were determined:

  • Energy recovery rate
  • The values and impact of perks on gameplay
  • The cost of upgrading profile levels
  • Prices for in-game items in the store
  • The cost of participating in matches at each difficulty level
  • Reward for completing levels
  • The speed of the player's overall progress
  • Commissions for withdrawal of earned rewards
  • A system of bonuses and rewards for completing tasks

The economic model took into account both the influx and outflow of users, allowing you to quickly adapt the parameters to the current load and behavior of the audience. The wishes of the players and the current market value of the GTY token were also taken into account.

Thanks to the comprehensive economic document, we were able to predict the behavior of key metrics, assess the potential profits of players and platforms in various scenarios, and see how any change in one parameter affects the entire system. This provided flexibility in project management and helped maintain a balance of interests for all ecosystem participants.

Game cycle

The main gameplay on the Gamety platform is built around user participation in hyper casual games, accumulation of $GTY tokens and personal profile development. The full life cycle of the player is described below, reflecting both the gameplay and the economic component of the project.

The beginning of the gameplay

The user launches the game they like. To start each level, a certain amount of Energy is required, the amount of which depends on:

  • difficulties of the selected game
  • the current level inside the game

When the level starts, the corresponding amount of Energy is deducted from the user's balance.

Energy Replenishment

If the Energy has run out, the player can:

  • restore it for viewing ads
  • purchase Energy for Telegram Stars or TON tokens

Part of the funds from the purchase of energy are automatically sent to the liquidity pool of the $GTY token, the rest goes to the platform's revenue.

There is also a natural mechanism for restoring Energy over time to its maximum value.

Receiving a reward

After successfully completing the level, the user receives a reward in the form of $GTY tokens credited to the game balance.

To transfer these tokens to a spot wallet, the player must:

  • pay for a transaction on the TON network
  • make a platform commission, part of which is also allocated to the liquidity of the $GTY token

The user can continue to complete the levels, accumulating $GTY on the game balance without immediate withdrawal.

The possibility of losing

If the player has not passed the level, the Energy is still deducted, but no $GTY tokens are credited. The player is offered:

  • Repeat the level by spending Energy again
  • or finish the gameplay process

Using $GTY tokens

Tokens credited to the spot balance can be used inside the platform for:

  • profile development (level-up)
  • participation in lotteries (ticket purchase)
  • additional Energy purchase

Profile leveling up system

The user's gaming profile can be upgraded with accumulated $GTY tokens.:

  • Each time the level increases, the player gets 1 skill point
  • Points can be distributed among 5 different parameters (perks) that affect the effectiveness of interaction with the platform
  • The cost of upgrading increases as the current level increases

After reaching the maximum level and distributing all 100 points, the player can reset all parameters for $GTY tokens and redistribute them to a new one, which opens up strategic flexibility and stimulates deeper involvement in the platform.

The structure of the platform. Sections and their functional features

The Gamety platform was implemented as a multifunctional application with an intuitive user interface. The main goal is to provide easy navigation through key sections related to gameplay, profile management, and interaction with in—game mechanics.

Main sections of the application:

  • The game catalog is the main screen with a list of 30 hyper casual games available to the user;
  • The player's profile is a section for managing progress, level, and leveling of perks, as well as for linking a cryptocurrency wallet.;
  • Tasks is a page with motivational activities divided into four tabs for special, daily, weekly, and partner tasks.;
  • Referral system (Referrals) is a tool for attracting new users and receiving bonuses;
  • The Earn section is a page with active companies and lotteries. Here the user can get acquainted with the conditions of the events, go to the detailed page and take part.;
  • Store — a trade section with goods: energy, lottery tickets and other gaming resources;

Functionality Features:

  • In the profile, the user can:
    - upgrade account level
    - distribute points to improve perks
    - link and manage your wallet
  • The game catalog contains a filtering system to quickly find the right title. The user can:
    - open a card with detailed information about the game
    - launch the game directly
    - claim the accumulated $GTY balance
  • The quest page provides navigation by type of quest, which makes it easy to navigate current tasks and track progress.
  • The "Earn" section provides access to various activities:
    - game campaigns from partners
    - sweepstakes and lotteries with the possibility of instant participation
    - detailed descriptions of the conditions, the prize pool and the dates of the event

1. Main page

User experience

The Games home page acts as a central hub, providing quick access to all games and creating a convenient start for further gameplay. The structure of the page is designed so that the user can quickly find the right game and make a decision about launching based on its complexity and rewards.

All games are grouped into five difficulty levels: Very Easy, Easy, Middle, Hard, Very Hard. The higher the difficulty of the game, the greater the potential reward for the player, but the energy consumption for completing such levels is higher.

Status bar

One of the key interface elements common to all pages is the status bar. It plays a special role on the main page, providing the player with instant access to information about current game resources.:

  • Energy (current and maximum value, recovery rate)
  • Spot wallet balance (with $GTY tokens)
  • Lottery ticket balance

By clicking on the buttons near the energy indicators or tickets, the user instantly goes to the store, where they can purchase the necessary resources or replenish them with Telegram Stars.

List of games and interactivity

On the main page, the user can:

  • View all available games, their previews and key parameters
  • Go to the detailed game page to view the description, available levels, and additional gameplay information.
  • To start the game from the level where it stopped, just one click is enough

If the user does not have enough energy to start the selected game, the system will offer two options.:

  • Restore energy by watching ads
  • Buy energy for Telegram Stars

2. The system for adding games to the Gamety platform

To ensure a unified gameplay logic and a balanced economy in the Gamety ecosystem, we have developed a universal system of requirements for games, as well as a specialized SDK that provides deep integration with the platform. This approach has made it possible to standardize the token pharma process, unify the user experience, and simplify the connection of new games to the system.

A single gameplay cycle

Each game on the platform follows a standard game cycle:

  • Before starting the level, a pop-up is displayed with confirmation of the energy charge
  • After confirmation, the level starts
  • Upon completion:
    - The player receives an in-game reward set by game design of a particular game
    - Upon successful completion, a $GTY token is credited to the game balance

Repeat playthrough

Players can replay completed levels without debiting energy and without accruing tokens, solely for the purpose of having fun and practicing skills.

Advertising Integration (AdsGram)

All games hosted on the platform are required to support integration with the AdsGram advertising system. Required ad display scenarios include:

  • After successful completion of the level (mandatory display);
  • After losing, it is possible to continue from the current position;
  • If you lose all your lives, you can recover;
  • When performance is improved, advertising integration is performed at conditional stages;
  • To double the rewards (in-game currency, tickets, skins, lives, etc.).

SDK Gamety

The SDK was implemented using JavaScript to display the platform's interface elements, display ads, and capture game events. It includes:

  • Network interface for interacting with Gamety's backend logic;
  • Rendering of UI components assembled on the platform side;
  • Player session lifecycle management.

To integrate this SDK into Unity games, a wrapper was developed that provides access to the JS SDK methods directly from the game project. The wrapper is delivered as a UnityPackage, which makes it easy to connect it to a new project.

SDK integration system in games

We have developed a single SDK integration format for the game, which corresponds to the level logic.:

  1. The developer receives a unique game key generated in the administrative panel of the platform.;
  2. Connects UnityPackage to your project;
  3. It uses SDK methods in the right places of the gameplay, for example, to call ads, charge energy, or award rewards.

Technical requirements

To ensure fast loading, low entry threshold and stable operation on all devices, the following technical restrictions have been set:

  • Maximum build size: up to 20 MB
  • Compressed asset loading from S3 cloud storage
  • Caching of games inside the Telegram client for accelerated re-launch
  • Mandatory integration of the Gamety SDK, which implements:
    - energy charge
    - display ads
    - accrual of $GTY tokens
    - support for additional platform functions (for example, calling popups and event logging)

Ecosystem expansion

The created game integration architecture was initially designed not only for internal projects of the Gamety team, but also for attracting external developers. Thanks to this, the platform can easily scale, replenish with new projects and provide players with a diverse, stable and exciting experience.

Other limitations and opportunities

  • It is forbidden to skip levels for watching ads in order to maintain the game designer balance;
  • After completing all levels, the user can reset the progress for a TON with the option to start over.

3. The system of modal windows (popups)

A single modal window system has been implemented in the Gamety platform, which plays a key role in managing the user experience. Popups accompany the player at every stage of interaction with the platform — from the beginning to the completion of targeted actions — forming an understandable, consistent and safe behavior scenario.

Each modal window performs several tasks:

  • informs the user about the essence of the action they are about to perform
  • explains the consequences or the next steps after completing the action
  • guides the player through the logic of the gameplay cycle, eliminating dead ends or non-obvious solutions

Special attention was paid to the visual identification of modal windows. Each user action is accompanied by a pop-up, designed in the appropriate color scheme, creating intuitive associations.:

  • actions with energy — purple shades
  • operations with the $GTY token — golden palette
  • advertising actions — saturated blue
  • information windows — neutral tones

Thus, the visual system of colors and the sequence of modal windows help the user navigate the interface, getting used to repetitive patterns and better mastering the structure of the platform.

It is important to emphasize that the pop—up system is not just a layer of protection against erroneous actions, such as accidental spending of tokens. This is part of a well—thought-out navigation logic, thanks to which the user does not encounter "dead-end screens". He doesn't have to go back manually or close the windows — the platform always tells him where to go next, providing a continuous and intuitive user path.

4. Player Profile

The player's profile in the Gamety platform is automatically generated based on his Telegram account. At the first login, authorization is performed, after which the user is shown his personal data: avatar, nickname, first name and last name (if specified in Telegram). This allows for instant personalization and lowers the entry threshold to the ecosystem.

One of the key components of managing progress and economy within the platform is the profile and perk leveling system, which directly affects the effectiveness of the gameplay and the level of earnings.

4.1. Profile upgrade

The profile level can be increased by using the $GTY token. Each time the player levels up, they receive one upgrade point, which they can spend on developing any of the five perks of their choice. This approach allows you to create unique profile builds that match the game style of a particular user, whether it's focusing on the speed of progress, increasing profits, or reducing costs.

4.2. Perks

Each user has 5 unique perks available, each of which starts at level 1:

  • Stars Booster — increases the amount of energy purchased for Telegram Stars
  • Ads Booster — increases the amount of energy received for viewing ads
  • Energy Speed — increases the rate of energy recovery over time
  • Energy Vault — increases the maximum amount of available energy
  • Claiming Discount — reduces the platform's commission when conducting transactions

4.3. Integration of the crypto wallet

To conduct transactions and fully participate in the project's economy, the profile implements the ability to connect a crypto wallet via TON Connect. After linking the wallet, the full functionality of working with the $GTY token becomes available to the user.:

  • replenishment of the balance
  • withdrawal of tokens
  • participation in payment actions on the platform

Thus, the Profile section in Gamety is not only a visual business card of the player, but also a control center for his economic opportunities, progress and personalization.

5. The Store

The Store section in the Gamety platform was developed as one of the key elements of monetization, as well as a tool to accelerate game progress. It serves as a convenient entry point for both users who prefer organic growth and those who want to enhance their capabilities with additional resources.

Purchases

Players can purchase two types of goods:

  • Energy packs — allow you to continue playing without waiting for recovery
  • Lottery tickets — are used to participate in game sweepstakes and special events

The pricing system and the content of each package are closely related to the overall economics of the platform. All product parameters are dynamically adjusted depending on demand, player behavior, and the current balance in the economy. This ensures the stability of the platform and adaptability to changing market conditions.

For maximum convenience and coverage of different user segments, we have implemented several payment methods at once.:

  • Viewing ads — The user receives a limited amount of energy for watching video ads.
  • Telegram Stars — the internal currency of Telegram Mini Apps
  • TON is a native cryptocurrency of the TON blockchain used for direct purchases
  • $GTY is the main token of the Gamety platform, providing an in—game economy

This flexible approach to payment allows you to reach both users who do not want to spend money, and investors who are interested in rapid progress. The store has become an important part of the player's life cycle, organically integrated into the overall gameplay and economic model of the platform.

6. The referral system

To stimulate the organic growth of the user base on the Gamety platform, a referral system has been developed that allows players to receive additional bonuses for attracting new members. This mechanism has become not only an effective marketing tool, but also a way to strengthen the community within the platform.

In the personal account, each user has access to :

  • A unique referral link
  • A list of invited friends
  • History of received bonuses

Economic conditions of the referral program

The mechanics of awarding bonuses are embedded in the economic model of the project and do not depend on external changes on the platform:

  • The user receives 10% of the amount of energy purchased by the referral in the store
  • The user receives a permanent 0.1% discount on upgrading his profile for each level that his referral has scored

Thus, the active participation of friends directly affects the progress and benefits of the invited user.

The referral system has become an important element of gamified platform promotion and has contributed to the steady growth of the user audience.

7. Tasks

To increase daily user activity and engagement in the gameplay on the Gamety platform, a full-fledged task section has been developed. It has become an important gamification tool, motivating players to regularly return to the app, develop their profile, and interact more deeply with the gaming and economic mechanics of the platform.

The tasks were grouped into four categories, each of which performed its own function within the project ecosystem:

  • Unique tasks
  • Daily tasks

Unique tasks

One-time tasks aimed at introducing new players to the main functionality of the platform. For completing these tasks, the user receives additional bonuses, such as energy. After completing all the tasks in this category, the player is rewarded with a free profile upgrade of one level, which stimulates further development.

Tasks in this category are updated every day and are aimed at increasing activity in games. Players received energy for each completed task, and when completing all tasks in one day, they received an additional reward in $GTY tokens.

This group of tasks is designed to engage the user throughout the week. For completing each task, the player received energy and $GTY tokens, while his progress filled the reward in the form of a piggy bank. After completing three tasks, the player received a Hammer, with which they could break the piggy bank and collect the accumulated reward. If the player completed the fourth task, the piggy bank was filled to the maximum, allowing them to receive an increased reward when it was opened.

This category was created to develop an affiliate network. Partners could post their own tasks aimed at attracting an audience to their products. By completing such tasks, users received $GTY tokens, and partners received new active participants. This approach has provided mutual benefits and has become an important element in the mechanics of scaling the platform.

All tasks, with the exception of game tasks, were created and configured through the administrative dashboard, which allowed the Gamety team to quickly add new challenges, change conditions, and update tasks in accordance with seasonal events, partner needs, or activity metrics. This provided flexibility and constant freshness of content for players, keeping interest in the platform at a high level.

8. Lotteries

To stimulate the activity of players at key moments and expand audience engagement, a lottery draw system was implemented on the Gamety platform. Participation in them was carried out with the help of special lottery tickets that players could earn or purchase in the Store.

The lottery system was developed with an emphasis on transparency and fairness, despite the random mechanics of choosing winners. Each draw was structured according to prize pools:

  • The lottery organizer determined in advance the number of pools, the size of the prizes and the cost of entry into each pool.
  • The higher the prize, the more expensive the entrance
  • A player entering a more expensive pool automatically participates in all previous pools with a lower cost, increasing their chances of winning.

9. Campaigns

In continuation of the idea of the events from Gamety Clicker, a system of Campaigns was implemented on the target platform — special competitive events organized by the platform's partners.

Players could receive cash prizes, similar to participating in Lotteries, but they had to complete tasks from campaign sponsors and earn $GTY-credits during the active phase of the event. At the end of the campaign, the total prize pool was distributed among the participants in proportion to the number of $GTY-credits they had accumulated, which ensured transparency and fairness of the final reward.

Partner integration

Campaigns have acted as a marketing tool for partners, similar to Lotteries and Partner Assignments. The platform provided brands and projects with the opportunity to attract the attention of the audience, and users with the chance to earn real rewards by participating in activities.

At the same time, Gamety itself could place partner integrations in two ways — for payment or by barter, placing its own project with a partner in exchange for placing a partner on its platform. This format of community exchange was the most in demand and was actively used during that period, allowing both sides to effectively expand their reach and attract new audiences.

Updated UX and mechanics

Unlike previous solutions, the interface of Campaigns has been significantly redesigned.:

  • The detailed page of the campaign displayed all the key conditions of participation, the structure of tasks and the mechanism of distribution of the prize fund.
  • Users could track their progress, complete tasks, and find out the amount of possible winnings in one window
  • The participants' leaderboard was placed in a separate section, which simplified navigation and emphasized the competitive nature of the campaigns

The Campaigns' system has successfully combined game goals and marketing objectives, increasing player engagement and providing brands with access to an active Gamety audience.

10. Administrative Panel

A functional administrative dashboard has been developed to effectively manage the Gamety platform and ensure the stable operation of all processes. It has become a central tool for monitoring and configuring all project components, from user management to fine—tuning economic parameters and game processes.

The admin panel allowed us to solve the following key tasks:

  • User Management: Viewing, filtering, and uploading data from registered players is especially important when awarding rewards for participating in lotteries and campaigns
  • Creating and configuring perks: adding new perks, changing their parameters, and controlling distribution
  • Ad Block regulation: enabling, configuring, and managing ad impressions via AdsGram in games
  • Blockchain event tracking: recording and monitoring of all transactions and interactions with the TON network
  • Job Management: Create, edit, and sort all types of jobs presented on the platform
  • Setting up economic coefficients: adjusting parameters that affect in-game balance, energy recovery, pumping costs, and other indicators
  • Game and Category Management: add new games, customize categories, edit game data, and filter content
  • Transaction and Payment monitoring: Monitoring all transactions using $GTY, TON, and Telegram Stars, including status and history display
  • Product management in the store: editing the list of available energy packages and lottery tickets, dynamic price adjustment
  • Referral system: viewing referral links, monitoring accruals and calculating bonuses for inviting users
  • Lotteries and Campaigns: create, configure, and control sweepstakes and activities with the ability to set rewards, terms of participation, and statistics tracking
  • Posting to a Telegram bot: manually or automatically sending notifications and news to players via the built-in Telegram bot
  • Spot balance monitoring: view users' current balances, track all transactions and withdrawals within the platform

Flexible access system

For security and convenience, the admin panel supports a role-based access model. This allows you to limit the functionality depending on the user's role:

  • a marketer can only have access to tasks and posts
  • Technical support — user data, blockchain events
  • market maker — to economic indicators
  • Lottery organizers - to lotteries and companies
  • Super admin - access to the full functions of the platform

Thus, we have achieved the flexibility and security of the platform, eliminating the need to provide full access to each team member. This solution ensured the safe and scalable operation of Gamety by the management team, partners and internal specialists.

11. Landing page

To create a convincing visual image and effectively position the Gamety brand in the rapidly changing environment of on-chain TMA products, a series of 7 versions of the landing page was developed. Each was tested for perception, conversion, and compliance with the strategic goals of the project, from visual style to user behavior scenarios.

After approving the final design concept, we started integrating the tools necessary for full-fledged interaction with the ecosystem of the $GTY token.

The final version of the landing page has become not just a presentation page, but also a full-fledged user asset management interface. In particular, they are implemented through the landing page:

  • Replenishment and withdrawal of $GTY tokens on the Gamety platform
  • The mechanism of claiming $GTY tokens distributed under the vesting program

12. Listing and Vesting

As part of entering the open market and launching a full-fledged tokenomics, the $GTY token was successfully placed on the Base network. In parallel with the listing, we have deployed the Vesting smart contract, which contains a detailed schedule for unlocking tokens for various categories of participants.

Vesting mechanics covered the following pools:

  • Airdrop — distribution of tokens to active users and participants of marketing activities
  • IDO sales as part of the initial public offering
  • Private allocation tokens for participants in closed investment rounds
  • Advisors — remuneration of strategic project advisors
  • Other pools — including reserve funds and team allocations

For the convenience of users, an interactive claiming page has been developed where each participant can:

  • get acquainted with the full allocation of $GTY tokens
  • Track the timer until the next unlock window
  • see the number of tokens currently available for withdrawal
  • use the Claim button to instantly receive available tokens to the linked wallet

This system provided a transparent and secure model for obtaining tokens for all categories of participants, as well as the full implementation of listing and vesting within the framework of the smart contract architecture of the project.

13. SWAP(deposit/withdrawal of the $GTY tokens)

To empower users and enhance the integration of blockchain mechanics, we have expanded the functionality of the Claiming page by implementing support for the deposit and withdrawal of $GTY tokens.

To provide this functionality, an additional TokenManagement smart contract has been developed that allows you to convert $GTY tokens into game credits (GTY-Credits) and vice versa. Thus, users could:

  • withdraw earned GTY-Credits from the platform and receive $GTY tokens to your wallet
  • deposit $GTY tokens to replenish your gaming balance and use it in the Gamety ecosystem

For security reasons, we have implemented a GTY-Credits retention mechanism and a limited cryptographic signature validity period. This solution eliminated the possibility of reusing the same signature in multiple transactions, and also prevented unauthorized requests to the withdrawal contract without actual authorization from the backend.

Thanks to this approach, the SWAP mechanics on the platform have become as secure, transparent and user-friendly as possible, ensuring stable and secure communication between the on-chain and off-chain components of the Gamety economy.
