The website is a product catalog for the company Senpai. Users can purchase exclusive handmade items from creative anime culture enthusiasts. You can find and buy products featuring symbols and scenes from the most popular anime, as well as connect with the site’s owner through a blog and YouTube channel.

What was the purpose of this project

The purpose of the project is to provide a service that showcases the most successful products on a single page and allows users to better understand the designer's mindset and style.

What challenges we faced

We needed to create a lightweight and modern website with unique slider animations to highlight the brand’s main themes. The tasks we had to solve for this project included:

Slider Animation

The client's main requirement was to implement the first section of the website with a carousel containing key brand information in a way that the user could easily understand the slider's structure for quick and clear communication. Unlike standard sliders, which typically only show the number of elements in the carousel, the current implementation allows users to see how much time is left before the next slide and the content of all slides. The interface had to remain simple and clean, with the focus on vibrant illustrations.

Product Catalog

The product catalog showcases the most important items for the seller, managed via an admin panel. Buyers can select any desired item and make a quick purchase by simply clicking on the product. This streamlined and easy purchase process is suitable for people of all ages and genders. The client chose this approach, believing that everyday clothing in a beloved style doesn’t require extensive try-ons or a complex system. The key goal is for the user to quickly purchase something that catches their eye.
